However, from the perspective of the potential investor, it is very difficult to evaluate young companies with no historical fundamentals to guide you.
With this video I will be illustrating how you can evaluate the future potential of IPOs and emerging growth stocks. However, I will also be highlighting some of the pitfalls and risks that you take investing in these hopefully future stars. Additionally, I will attempt to illustrate how fundamentals eventually become relevant as time passes. But perhaps most importantly, I do want investors to recognize that investing in IPOs and emerging growth stocks is always speculative until the fundamentals reveal the true value and nature of the businesses.
